SUPPORT THE MUSEUM
Preserving the past. Connecting community. Building something that lasts.
The Stony Plain and Parkland Pioneer Museum is more than a collection of buildings and artifacts. It’s a place where local stories are preserved, families connect with the past, and visitors discover the people, skills and traditions that shaped our community.
As an independent registered charitable society, we rely on donations, sponsorships, grants, volunteers, municipal support and community partnerships to keep the Museum operating, growing and welcoming to all. Your support helps us care for historic buildings, preserve artifacts, develop exhibits and programs, and keep local history alive for future generations.

We are also grateful to the many individuals, businesses and organizations whose donations supported the Museum throughout 2025.
DONATE AN ARTIFACT

The Museum considers artifact and document donations on an individual basis. We are particularly interested in pre-1950 items with a story or a connection to a person or place in Parkland County.
If you have something you think may belong in the Museum collection, please email us a photograph and any information or stories you have about the item. Our team will review it and let you know if it may be a good fit for the collection.
Please contact us before bringing an artifact to the Museum. Accepted donations require a transfer-of-ownership form when the item is received.
