Fermenting 101 with guest instructor & private chef Erin Smandych

Learn the art of fermentation in this fun & engaging cooking class!  Delve into the rich history and health benefits of fermentation while learning everything you need to know to craft your own sauerkraut, pickles, kombucha and more.  

Join us and discover just how simple and rewarding at home fermentation can be!

Our guest instructor Erin is a private chef and health coach specializing in culinary nutrition.  She creates unique menus for retreats, events, restaurants and private clients across north america.  Erin also serves as the culinary director at FN'ZA, a California-style pizzeria in downtown Edmonton.

Date:  May 8th, from 6-8 pm

Price:  $60 Members/$65 Non Members

The Pioneer Museum is located behind Heritage Park in Stony Plain. Look for the Don Gray Barn once you enter Heritage Park. Take the access road at the west side of the parking lot.
